Our Policies

Arrival Time:

Sula’s Skincare Studio is a one client at a time space. For our schedule to function properly it is imperative you arrive for your appointment on time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of your service may be adjusted to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. The full price of the scheduled service will still apply, please plan accordingly.

Cancellation Policies and Fees:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance.

Any cancellation less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. Your next appointment will be denied until your pay your cancellation fee.

Clients who “No Show” to their scheduled appointment will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Your next appointment will be denied until you pay your cancellation fee.

Our studio space operates on a “by appointment only” basis. Please understand we allot a specific amount of time for each service. Please respect the time of our clients and staff. When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. 

All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation, please have your credit card ready when booking an appointment. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or missed appointment. 

Upon checkout, guests may choose their form of payment.

Prices and Services:

We will do our best to keep clients informed with any price and service changes.

Gift Certificate Policy:

All gift certificates must be presented at appointment. Gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable. Not redeemable for cash or credit. Limit one gift certificate per service or product purchase. The purchase of gift certificates cannot be combined with promotions. We cannot process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on a gift certificate even if it is lost, misplaced or stolen.

Return and Refund Policy:

We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any spa treatment series that are purchased. We will, however, give spa credit of equal value. All sales are final.

Contraindications:

A contraindication is a symptom or condition that makes a treatment or procedure inadvisable. Some common contraindications include allergies, pregnancy, cancer, certain skin conditions, and infectious diseases. To ensure client health safety, you must fill out a complete medical history form. Additionally, consents for certain treatments must also be read and signed. After review, if we find you are not a suitable candidate for a scheduled treatment, we may recommend another treatment option. Please feel free to call us with any questions or concerns. 

Personal Belongings:

Sula’s Skincare Studio is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items. Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home.

Spa Etiquette:

We want each and every client that comes to Sula’s Skincare Studio to have exceptional service in a stress free environment. To ensure the best experience for our clients, we ask you put your cell phone on vibrate while visiting our studio. No guests allowed unless accompanying a minor.
